Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Whitehill yesterday evening (15 September).
At 5.40pm, a burgundy Mitsubishi Charisma collided with a pedestrian on the pavement on Petersfield Road.
The pedestrian, a 42-year-old man, suffered serious internal injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Officers continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
