Officers from Hampshire Constabulary are trying to trace the owners of what is believed to be stolen jewellery.
Last night (Saturday 27 November) officers stopped a car on Horseshoe Bridge, Southampton.
Officers searching the vehicle uncovered a large number of items – including jewellery and silverware – which they suspect may be stolen.
Police are very keen to trace the owners of these items.
