Firefighters scrambled after fire breaks out in bedroom of Portsmouth High-rise block
Crews from Southsea, Cosham and Portchester were called to the fire that had broken out in the 16th floor of Tipton House, Portsmouth at 5.08pm 11th February.
On arrival firefighters extinguished the fire that had started in the bedroom of the property.
Firefighters also treated two casualties at the scene for smoke inhalation, who were later handed over to paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service for further treatment.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage and a full fire investigation is underway.
