Male arrested after incident London Road Portsmouth

Police were called after what is believed to a dispute between two men and a taxi driver after one male refused to pay the driver.

The incident happened around 3.50pm 26 October on London Road junction with Laburnham Grove.

Due to the multiple police vehicles there were some traffic delays.

One male was arrested in the incident and traffic is now flowing clearly.
