Officers investigating an attempted arson in Havant have charged a male
Paul Taylor, aged 64, from Middle Park Way, Havant, has been charged with attempted arson after an incident outside an address in Middle Park Way Tuesday, 11 January.
Taylor appeared at East Hampshire Magistrates Court today, Thursday 13 January and was remanded to next appear on 14 February.
