Officers from Hampshire Constabulary investigating two shoplifting incidents at Tesco stores in Bursledon and Winchester have charged a man.
Alexander Huckin, aged 44, of no fixed abode, has been charged with the following offences:
On Saturday, 18 September electrical and cosmetic items to the value of around £406 were stolen from Tesco on Hamble Lane, Bursledon.
On Saturday, 18 September three PlayStation 5 games and a Nintendo Switch to value of around £396 were stolen from Tesco on Easton Lane, Winchester.
Huckin has been released on unconditional bail and is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 12 October .
