Officers have made two arrests after executing a warrant in Basingstoke in relation to an ongoing drugs investigation
The warrant was executed this morning (31 January) at an address in Woolford Way.
A large quantity of cash was found, along with suspected class A and class B drugs.
Electronic devices were also seized from the property.
A 29-year-old woman, from Basingstoke, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug.
She was also arrested on suspicion of money laundering and possession of a controlled drug of class B.
A 23-year-old man, from Reading, was also arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug.
They both remain in police custody and our enquiries are ongoing.
Police would like to thank the local residents for their patience as they completed their enquiries this morning.
