Police are appealing for witnesses in connection with the pursuit of a stolen vehicle in Waterlooville yesterday afternoon (Thursday 24 February)
At approximately 2pm, officers travelling on London Road spotted a vehicle which had been reported stolen. They attempted to stop the vehicle, a silver BMW X5 with a registration ending ZVK, which failed to stop.
A short pursuit followed from the roundabout at the junction of Hambledon Road and London Road, continuing south on London Road through Purbrook and Widley, ending at around 2.10pm. No-one was injured during the incident.
Officers have been conducting enquiries to locate the vehicle and are now turning to the public for help.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was driving through the area at the time and may have dash cam footage of the incident.
