Portsmouth residents in the PO2 Copnor area have been hit with the second power outage within the hour

SSE are aware of the outage after a fault with a local substation, the first outage hit shortly before 12.00 am lasting around five minutes.

The second outage hit at around 1.00am and is expected to be restored by approx 3.15am.

SSE has stated that engineers are currently on site and working at the substation working to restore power.
