Police have arrested an 18-y-o man from Waterlooville after suspicious activity at Arragon Court was reported on Wed 12 Jan.
He was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs & going equipped for theft of a motor vehicle.
Police enquiries are ongoing.
