Police officers have charged a woman with a number of assault charges.
The charges come after a woman was assaulted in the early hours of Monday 22 November on Winchester Road.
Verity Lloyd, 21, of Windmill Close, Ryde on the Isle of Wight has been charged with five counts of assaulting an emergency worker.
She has been released on bail where she will next appear before Southampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday 21 December.
