Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Portchester yesterday evening (September 24).
Police were called around 7.36pm to a report of a collision involving a white Ford Fiesta and a motorcycle on the westbound carriageway of the A27 Portchester Road.
The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 30s from Gosport, suffered life-threatening injuries in the incident and has been taken to hospital.
As part of the police investigation into the exact circumstances of the collision, officers are keen to speak with anyone who can assist with information.
In particular, police want to hear from anyone with CCTV or dash-cam footage, or anyone who witnessed the vehicles in the moments prior to the incident.
