Officers from Hampshire Constabulary are appealing to public on behalf of colleagues from Hertfordshire Constabulary to locate a missing teenager

Police from Hertfordshire are re-appealing for the public’s help to find a teenager missing from Watford.

Luca is possibly in the Dagenham area of London but could still be in Hampshire.

He’s around 5ft 8in tall and has black collar length hair.
