Officers from Hampshire Roads Policing Unit have closed a popular Portsmouth Road after a collision involving a cyclist
The collision happened shortly after 12.50pm along Clarence Parade close to the Queens Hotel, the incident is on going and motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
Officers have closed Clarence Parade in both directions whilst the casualty receives medical treatment.
