Police close Portsmouth Road after RTC involving cyclist

Officers from Hampshire Roads Policing Unit have closed a popular Portsmouth Road after a collision involving a cyclist

The collision happened shortly after 12.50pm along Clarence Parade close to the Queens Hotel, the incident is on going and motorists are being advised to avoid the area.

Officers have closed Clarence Parade in both directions whilst the casualty receives medical treatment.

CCTV images released after £575 worth of goods stolen from B&M in Segensworth Police are appealing for help to identify two people following a reported shoplifting incident at B&M. Between 12pm and 12.30pm on 17 March this year, approximately £575 worth of cleaning products were reportedly stolen from the store. During the incident, it is also alleged that a member of the public who attempted to intervene was subjected to verbal abuse. MISSING: Kellie Ashby, 41, from Ryde Police are appealing for help to find missing Kellie Ashby from Ryde. The 41-year-old was last seen at around 8am this morning, Friday 22 May, in the Ryde area. Officers say they are concerned for her welfare and are asking anyone who sees Kellie to contact police immediately. Kellie is described as white, around 5ft 5ins tall, with brown wavy hair and hazel eyes. It is believed she may have her hair tied up and could be wearing jeans. Anyone who sees Kellie, or knows where she may be, should call 999 quoting incident 0973 of Friday 22 May.
