CCTV released in connection with a robbery at a store in Alton

Officers investigating a robbery at a shop in Holybourne, Alton would like to speak to him in connection with the incident.

Between 6.25am and 6.35am on Thursday 7 October, a man entered the Holybourne shop and post office on London Road and threatened a member of staff to open the tills.

The man then stole the cash from the tills before leaving the shop and riding off on a pedal cycle towards Alton.

The man is described as being around 6ft tall and of skinny build. He was wearing a full facial covering, a maroon coloured hoody with the hood up, light trousers and light trainers.

Officers are keen to identify the man in this photo. Do you recognise him?
