Drugs Seized After Proactive Police Stop in Farnborough

Two men were arrested after officers seized suspected Class A drugs during a proactive stop in Farnborough.

Police were on patrol on Saturday, May 9, when they noticed suspected drug-related activity linked to a black Mercedes on Meudon Avenue.

The vehicle was later stopped on Westmead, where officers carried out a search at the scene.
During the search, officers located and seized a quantity of suspected Class A drugs.

A 29-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A. He has since been bailed with conditions while further enquiries are carried out.

A 31-year-old man from London was also arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A. He was later released and will face no further action.

Police enquiries remain ongoing.
