Appeal for witnesses after serious motorcycle collision near North Boarhunt

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision near North Boarhunt on Thursday evening.

The collision happened at around 6pm on Thursday 18 June at the crossroads of B2177 Southwick Road and Staple Cross Lane, involving a white Toyota Aygo and a black and white Triumph Tiger motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, a 59-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Officers are now urging anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone with Dash Cam footage of the incident or the vehicles involved before the crash, to come forward.
