Do you recognise this man?

Police have released a CCTV image as part of an investigation into the theft of a bicycle in Totton.

The incident happened between 3.30pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday 2 June outside Totton Health & Leisure Centre on Water Lane, Totton.

It was reported that a man cut through a bicycle lock before stealing a black Trek Marlin mountain bike.

Officers believe the man shown in the CCTV image may be able to assist with their enquiries and are asking him, or anyone who recognises him, to get in touch.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting incident number 44260260714. Information can also be reported online via the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary website or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
