Police appeal to find wanted Southampton man Jobie Cross

Police are appealing for information to help locate a 26-year-old man wanted after failing to appear at court.

Jobie Cross, from the Southampton area, is wanted after he failed to attend Southampton Magistrates’ Court on 18 August in connection with a robbery in Archers Road, Southampton, on 1 November 2025.

Cross is described as white, around 5ft 6in tall and of slight build.

He has dark brown hair and is sometimes seen with a goatee-style beard.

Anyone who sees Cross, or has information about his whereabouts, is being urged to call 999 and quote reference 44250494830.

Information can also be submitted through Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary’s online reporting service.

Alternatively, information can be given anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or through its website.

Police have also warned that anyone deliberately harbouring Cross in an attempt to obstruct officers from locating him could be committing an offence and may themselves face arrest.
