We are appealing to identify the rightfull owner of the moped which was stolen from Portsmouth 

We have been passed information on a stolen Moped which has been dumped in Portsmouth, the moped was first spotted a few days ago and has a marker for being stolen.

Information has been passed to the police however due to stretched police resources, we are appealing to try and locate the rightfull owner sooner.
