Officers have seized a quantity of drugs from an address in Ringwood this morning (8 April) following a proactive warrant
It comes after the local Neighbourhood Policing Team received information from the community who raised concerns about ongoing drug-related activity taking place.
Officers entered an address on Queensway at around 6.40am this morning and located a quantity of suspected Class A drugs, Class B and Class C drugs.
These have all been seized, along with other drug-related paraphernalia and mobile devices.
Two people were arrested and later de-arrested; with the pair due to be interviewed at a later date at a police custody suite while police enquiries continue.
As a reminder, information that we receive from the community is vital and informs where police put their resources, while allowing them to take action against any illegal activity.
If you, or anyone you know, suspects that an address in your neighbourhood is being used for drug dealing, drug-related activity or associated crime, then please report it to us by calling 101.
