Karl Hughes, 37, of no fixed abode, has today been disqualified from driving for four years.
It’s after he failed to provide a specimen for analysis during an incident in Forton Road on the 10th May last year.
Hughes has also received a two-year conditional discharge for driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
