Police are appealing for witnesses following a shoplifting incident in Andover.
At about 10.40pm on Tuesday 8 October, two unknown males entered the Londis shop of the BP petrol station on New Road.One of the males attempted to steal some alcohol but was stopped by a staff member who locked the door to prevent them from leaving.
The male then threatened the staff member and damaged the door, before going behind the till area to exit via a rear door.The second male stole a can of drink.
Police would like to speak to anyone with information regarding this incident and are releasing images of two men they would like to speak to in relation to this incident.
Both are described as white, about 5ft 9in tall, average build, aged in their 30s.One is wearing a black hooded jumper, a baseball cap with letters ‘RSO’ on the front, and black trousers.
The other male has brown facial hair and is wearing a black puffer jacket with a fur-lined hood, blue jeans, white trainers and a black baseball cap.
