Officers who were deployed to a burglary in progress in Chandler’s Ford have arrested a man.
It comes after a member of the public reported that a business premises on Winchester Road had been broken into at around 3.50am this morning (20 Dec).
Officers arrived on scene, along with a dog unit, and located a man inside the property.
A 29-year-old man of no fixed abode was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
He remains in custody at this time.
