Police appeal to public for help to indentify man

Police in Portsmouth is appealing for the public to help identify this male after it is believed he caused criminal damage to a vehicle.

Police would like to speak to this man as part of an investigation after a car was damaged on Laburnum Grove in Portsmouth on Sunday 1 August.
