Police are appealing for information after burglaries at homes in Burridge and Bursledon on Wednesday 20 October.
Police were called after the owner of a house in Botley Road, Burridge, returned home around 12.15pm to find entry had been forced and jewellery, watches, a games console and money had been stolen. It is believed the break in happened around 10.40am
A further report was received of a break in at an address in School Road, Bursledon, believed to have occurred between 12pm and 12.30pm the same day. Entry had again been forced to the house, but nothing was taken in this incident.
On both occasions, a red motorcycle with two people on it was seen nearby the address, and police want to speak with the rider or passenger as they may hold valuable information.
We appreciate the photo is not the clearest, but we hope someone may recognise the motorcycle.
If you have any information about either burglary, or the motorcycle, then please call 101, quoting the reference 44210421419.
