Police close A27 following serious collision in Romsey

Police are currently dealing with a serious road traffic collision on the A27 in Romsey outside The Rapids

The road is closed from the A3057 roundabout to the A3090 roundabout whilst officers deal with the collision.

Traffic is coping within the area however is causing some congestion and delays within the area.

The road is likely to remain closed for sometime while a full collision investigation is carried out. 

You are still able to access The Rapids on foot but the road is closed for all vehicle access.
