An RTC has caused delays this morning after a vehicle struck another vehicle in Queens Road, Portsmouth shortly after 8.10 am

Police have closed Queens Road between the junctions of Tennyson Road and Byron Road after a vehicle hit another parked vehicle.
The Ford Mondeo is believed to have been travelling east on Queens Road when it struck a parked van forcing it onto the footpath.
Police were seen at the collision clearing debris from the road and talking to residents after the collision.
Please avoid the area whilst police work with recovery agents to remove the damaged vehicles and reopen the road.
