Police are currently dealing with a collision which has happened on London Road Portsmouth

It’s understood that the vehicle lost control hitting barriers at the pedestrian crossing, Paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service are in attendance assessing the driver of the vehicle.

Officers from Hampshire RPU have closed the southbound lane following the collision, traffic management is in place and whilst recovery agents clear the road.

Police are advising to use an alternative an alternative route at this time to whilst recovery agents clear work to clear the road.
