You may have seen police officers on Milton Road on Saturday morning carrying out enquiries at a vacant shop premises
Following intelligence provided to them by the local community they discovered a cannabis factory inside and around 400 plants were subsequently seized and destroyed.
Police remained at the address for some time while the cannabis factory was dismantled and the property was made safe by SSE.

Police are really keen to hear from people who suspect there is cannabis cultivation or drug related activity going on their neighbourhood.
