A man has been charged following a house burglary on Sandringham Road in Portsmouth.
Harley Cumber, 20, of Delphi Way, Waterlooville, has been charged with dwelling burglary & theft of a pedal cycle.
He will appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Wednesday 15th December.
