Witness appeal after assault in Southampton

Do you recognise this man?

Police are looking to speak with him in connection with an assault in Southampton at the weekend.

The incident happened just before 2am on 7 November on London Road.

The victim, a 35-year-old man, was outside the Brewhouse when he was approached from behind by an unknown man, and hit on the head. He sustained a head injury as a result.

Officers have conducted a number of enquiries and are now turning to the public for help in identifying the man in the image.
