Officers are appealing for witnesses and information following a report of criminal damage on Sandys Road, Basingstoke
At around 3.15pm on Monday 7 March, a car that was parked on the road was vandalised.
The suspect has been described a teenage boy, aged between 13 and 17 years old.
He is described as being white, and was wearing a light coloured hooded top. He was also wearing black tracksuit bottoms, white socks and black trainers.
The suspect was riding a silver and white mountain bike with front suspension.
Officers have been making enquiries and are now asking the public for help.
