CCTV Appeal After Shoplifting Incident at Hedge End Co-op
Police have released CCTV images following a shoplifting incident at the Co-op on Lower Northam Road in Hedge End and are appealing for help to identify a woman they believe could assist with enquiries.
The incident took place between 12.50pm and 12.55pm on Monday 27 April, during which approximately £25 worth of items were reportedly stolen.
The woman officers would like to speak to is described as:
White
Aged between 30 and 40 years
Approximately 5ft 4ins tall
Medium build
Short black hair tied in a bun
Wearing a white T-shirt with “PARIS” on it, blue denim shorts and black flip flops
Police believe the woman shown in the CCTV images may be able to assist with the investigation and are urging her, or anyone who recognises her, to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 44260198843, or report information online via the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary.
Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
