CCTV Image Released After Meat And Alcohol Stolen From Hedge End Co-Op

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman they would like to speak to following a shoplifting incident in Hedge End.

The incident happened at around 2.05pm on Friday, 1 May, at the Co-Op store on Northam Road.

It was reported that a woman entered the shop and selected meat and alcohol products before leaving without making any attempt to pay.

Officers believe the woman pictured may be able to assist with their enquiries.

She is described as white, aged between 30 and 40, around 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build, with thin red/brown hair.

She was wearing a black top, black trousers and flip-flops.

Anyone who recognises her, or who remembers seeing anything suspicious in the area at the time, is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference 44260210268.
