CCTV Images Released Following £500 Shoplifting At Basingstoke Currys

Police have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to as part of an investigation into a shoplifting incident in Basingstoke.

Officers from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary received a report that hard drives and other electrical items worth more than £500 were stolen from the Currys store at around 2pm on 12 May.

Since the incident was reported, officers have been carrying out a number of enquiries and have now issued CCTV images of two men they believe may be able to assist with the investigation.

Both men are described as white, approximately 6ft 1ins tall, and were wearing baseball caps, blue jeans and black shoes. One man was wearing a long coat, while the other was wearing a long gilet.

Police are urging the men pictured, or anyone who recognises them, to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or report information online quoting incident number 44260223028.
