Motorcyclist dies following fatal crash near Hook as police appeal for witnesses
A motorcyclist in his 60s has sadly died following a single-vehicle collision near Hook.
Police were called at around 5pm on Sunday (21 June) to reports of a crash on the B3349 Reading Road.
The collision involved a black Triumph motorcycle travelling northbound towards Heckfield. No other vehicles are believed to have been involved.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, the rider, a man from Oxford aged in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed and are being supported.
Officers are now investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dash cam footage to come forward.
