A local Andover man has been charged with breaching a restraining order following an investigation by officers from Hampshire Constabulary
It comes after a woman allegedly received unwanted messages between February and May this year.
Leon Reece Fitzpatrick, aged 19, of no fixed abode, was charged with harassment, breach of a non-molestation order and violent behaviour at a police station.
He appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday 31 May, where he was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on Tuesday 7 June.
