Officers from Hampshire Constabulary RPU have closed the A3M near to Waterlooville
Both carriageways between junctions 2-3 are currently closed in both directions, due to an ongoing incident that police are dealing with.
This part of the road is likely to be closed for sometime please avoid the area.
