Police are appealing for witnesses following an arson in Southampton on Sunday (7 November).
At 1.30pm, the fire service attended a fire at a block of flats in Paynes Road.
Damage to the property is valued at £20,000. No-one was injured.
Two individuals were seen in the vicinity around the time of the fire and we would like to speak to them as part of our enquiries.
They are described as:
Male
White
Aged 12 to 15
Slim build
One was wearing a grey striped waterproof coat, black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers and had short black hair.
The other was wearing a grey waterproof coat, a grey Puma hoodie, grey jogging bottoms and white trainers.
