Appeal for Witnesses Following Fatal A31 Collision Near Alresford
Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a fatal collision on the A31 near Alresford.
The collision happened between 6.50am and 7.10am on Monday 11 May on the eastbound carriageway of the A31 between the Percy Hobbs Roundabout and the Alresford Bypass Roundabout.
The incident involved a white Peugeot.
Sadly, the driver of the vehicle, a 22-year-old woman from Winchester, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary is now appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone travelling along that stretch of the A31 during the time period with dash cam footage, to come forward.
