Can you help police find missing Sam Higgins from Portsmouth?

The 23-year-old was last seen riding a black mountain bike on Revenge Close, near Milton Common, at around 10pm on Tuesday 15 March.

Sam is described as being white, 5ft 9ins tall with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black tracksuit.

Officers believe he may still be in the Portsmouth area.
