Police would like to speak to him in connection with a theft, reported to have taken place outside Places Leisure Eastleigh, Passfield Avenue.
The incident, which involved the theft of an orange Scott mountain bike, occurred at approximately 6.25pm on Thursday 12 September.
The man is described as;
• White
• Possibly bald
• Slim build
• Wearing an orange long-sleeved jacket beneath a navy blue gilet, slim-fit trousers tucked into black and white socks, and black and white trainers
• Carrying a dark backpack
We believe the man in this image can help with the police investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.
