Police would like to speak to him in connection with a theft, reported to have taken place on The Square, Pennington.The incident, which involved the theft of a wallet from a vehicle and subsequent use of a bank card in two shops, totalling £147.14, occurred between 2pm and 3pm on Monday 19 August.
Officers believe the man in this image can help with the investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with police.
Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid the investigation, please contact police.
