Police would like to speak to him in connection with a hate crime incident that happened in McDonalds in Shirley Road on Tuesday, 25 January.
At 10.50pm, a man was refused service after trying to pay with a £50 note which is against the company’s policy to accept.
The man then became aggressive, shouting racial abuse towards one member of staff and attempting to punch another.
Police have been conducting enquiries since the incident was reported to them and are now asking the public for help.
Officers believe this man has valuable information which could aid thier investigation and ask him to contact police.
