A driver has been arrested after failing a roadside breath test it was also discovered they held no Licence or insurance after a collision this afternoon on Wide Lane, Southampton.
Police have confirmed the driver is in custody after providing a positive breath sample.
He also held no insurance or driving licence.
Police have since seized the Vehicle.
Hampshire police said:
“We mirror the annoyance of the aggrieved parties in these types of incidents, were sorry that you are left to pick up the pieces and deal with insurance claim processes.”
A full crash investigation is now underway.
