Serious collision closes major Portsmouth Road

Officers from Hampshire Constabulary Roads Policing Unit have placed a closure along James Callaghan Drive on Portsdown Hill, Portsmouth.

A number of emergency services are currently on scene and police are advising motorists to avoid the area to allow access for emergency vehicles.

The closure is currently in place between Nelson Lane, Portchester and Portsdown Hill Road Roundabout.
