A 22-year-old man from Farnborough has been charged in connection with the supply of Class A drugs following an investigation by the Northern Area Crime Team.
The arrest occurred around 8:30 pm on Wednesday, 25 September, when officers stopped a car on the A331 in Farnborough. Inside the vehicle, a man and a woman were detained as part of an ongoing probe into drug supply in the Rushmoor area.
Kye Ansell, of Henley Close, Farnborough, was charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin. He is scheduled to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 27 September.
The woman, aged 45, from Camberley, Surrey, was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and being concerned in the supply of cocaine. She has since been released on police bail, pending further investigation.
The police continue their efforts to combat drug-related crime in the region, with further enquiries ongoing.
