Fire crews mobilised Whiteley kitchen blaze

Fire crews from Fareham and Portchester were mobilised to a fire that broke out in a kitchen in Whiteley at 10.31 am today.

Firefighters attended the large property at Arabian Gardens, Whiteley to find the kitchen engulfed in the fire which was said to be severe.

Crews used 4 breathing apparatus, 2 Jets, 2 Hosereels along with PPV to extinguish the blaze before it spread to further parts of the property.

A full investigation into the cause of fire is now underway.
