Police have charged a man with 1 count of theft, 2 counts of burglary & 6 counts of fraud by false representation after three incidents in Portsmouth last month.
Anthony James Storr, 32, of Nutfield Place, Portsmouth, is next due to appear at Portsmouth Crown Court on Mon 4 Oct.
